Terms of Service
Effective 2026-08-02 · Governing law: Republic of Korea
This draft is pending legal review. It is not final and will be reviewed for each market before launch.
1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern use of the Booking Connector features for store reservations, customer management, on-site operations, payment and benefit records, and connected-channel management.
2. Accounts and store roles
You must keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. The store owner assigns member roles; owner, manager, and staff permissions are limited by the product screens and by server-side policy. Accounts must not be shared and permissions must not be circumvented.
3. Store data and customer responsibility
The store enters only lawfully collected information and is responsible for customer notice and consent and for the accuracy of on-site transactions. Booking Connector records the commands you issue and the results of approved integrations; operations where recovery matters — ledgers, refunds, permissions — may require a confirmation step or additional approval.
4. External channels and payments
External services such as booking channels, messaging, and payments are also subject to their providers' terms. When a connection fails or an approval result is unclear, the service may require re-checking the server record to prevent duplicate processing.
5. Prohibited conduct and restrictions
Violating the law, infringing another person's permissions or personal data, disrupting the service, abnormal automation, bypassing security, and creating false transaction records are prohibited. Where there is serious risk we may restrict use after prior notice; for urgent security risks we may restrict first and notify without delay.
6. Changes, interruptions, and liability
We may change the service to improve safety or to comply with the law, and we give advance notice of material changes. The service may be temporarily interrupted by planned maintenance or force majeure. Each party's liability follows applicable law, limited to intent or negligence and to direct damages.
7. Termination and disputes
You may end your use after reviewing the deletion impact on the account screen. Store ownership and legally retained records may need to be settled separately. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and, failing agreement, resolved in the court having jurisdiction under its Civil Procedure Act.
